PERSONAL PROFILE

An interpreter, translator with over twenty-five years of experience in English Arabic
translation. Accomplishes tasks accurately and methodically, worked for Tyndallwoods Legal
firms where I carried out all the legal documents translation and the related court hearing
and prison interpretation and translation in major litigation cases in the UK. Also, I worked
in Kuwait for a legal translation firm where I carried out the translation of all lawsuits and I
carried out the interpretation and translation tasks inside the court.

Legal Translation is part of the Master of Arts in Bi-Lingual Translation studies, which
emphases on the legal terminologies related to contracts, official documents, international
organizations such as the UN, the International Court of Justice “The Hague.”

I have extensive knowledge of the world`s Affair whether in the Middle East were I used
to reside or in UK and Europe were I currently reside. I was in charge of receiving global
news from Reuters, APTN News Agencies. And in translating and editing news items.’ the
field of my specialization is legal, technical and institutional translation. I also translated a
poetry book for a prominent UAE poet while I was working in Dubai.

My experience accumulated within the period extends for more than 25 years where I
provided E English/ Arabic translation and interpretation services to various solicitors` firms
in the UK, and currently I am seeking further challenges within this chosen domain.

I have been employed as a freelance interpreter and translator from 2001 - 2007
where I carried out Court and prison translation and interpretation in a prominent litigation
(SAIAC) case in the UK. Tyndallwoods Solicitors do not issue wage slips for the freelance
interpreters and translators, they submit invoices for payment. Should you require the
documentary evidence of the invoices, this can be provided on request; however, the
amounts of the work involve retrieving numerous invoices from the different files.
